i just learned today that i am genetically predisposed to urinary incontinence. and it explains much. it explains my aversion to trampolines and jump roping when i was little, and perhaps it even explains why i keep myself mostly dehydrated so i don't encounter unexpected issues. but now i know and knowing is half the battle. go joe (and depends)!
