it's friday!

one day sometime last week, i walked outside my building and there were three fire trucks, three ambulances, and a couple of news crews. where'd all these people come from? looked around and saw no smoke. no big car accidents. i was a bit late, so i had to get to class. but i figured someone was probably throwing in the garage, hit a sprinkler, but wasn't fast enough to run away =P. later that day on the evening news, they showed the guy who fell through a grate on my building's property. it was probably 15 foot fall. luckily he only broke his leg. it makes me wonder what's going on in the world when the news comes to cover some guy falling.

i played football again today, but this time with people who had experience. it was much better than last week. i was the one who was probably screwing things up =P anyway, they put me as a rusher because i'm huge. and i actually got a sack. hooray. maybe next time i'll be promoted to playing downfield. on o, it seemed like i was open to throw to, but then i realized that footballs fly differently than frisbees. something to keep in mind for next time. on another note, i'm still losing roshams. bah. some things don't change.
